Our rental service is based in the tourist area of Hoi An at Triệu Quốc Đạt, Cẩm An, Hội An, Quảng Nam 560000. You don't have to come to our office, as we offer delivery to your preferred location in Da Nang, depending on the distance and the rental period.

Each rental day spans 24 hours.

The minimum rental period for a motorbike is 1 day, with the option to pick it up from our office.

We do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment can be made in VND (Vietnamese Dong), USD, or via bank transfer to a Vietnamese bank account when renting a motorbike.

Yes, we offer discounts for large groups and long-term rentals. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount on the rental fee when the entire payment is made upfront. We also provide discounts for weekly and monthly motorbike rentals.

Yes, wearing a helmet is required by law in Hoi An. We include two helmets with every motorbike rental.

While Hoi An is generally safe, it's recommended not to leave your motorbike unattended on the street overnight. Always remember to remove the keys from the motorbike's lock.

The client is responsible for the motorbike in case of theft or damage. Any loss or damage occurring during the rental period must be covered by the client according to the rental agreement.

Unfortunately, motorbike insurance in Vietnam does not function the same way as in other countries. In the event of an accident, we can assist you by taking you to an official service center for Yamaha, Honda, or Vespa, depending on the bike. There, you can settle any repair costs directly at the cashier based on the official rates.

No, we do not offer insurance coverage for theft or total loss. If the motorbike is lost or stolen, you will be fully responsible for its replacement.

Yes, we provide motorbike pick-up and delivery services to any location in Hoi An.

Although it’s rare, if you experience a flat tire, stop riding immediately and locate the nearest repair shop to have it fixed. The repair typically costs around 30,000 VND. If you need assistance with directions, feel free to give us a call.

No, there are no special traffic rules specifically for motorbikes. The same traffic laws that apply to cars and motorcycles in your country also apply to motorbikes in Hoi An.
