Condition and Objective
Clients must handle the company's equipment with care. They are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the property of Motorbike Rental Hoi an during the rental period.
Motorbike riding involves certain risks. The client is fully responsible for: (a) the equipment, and (b) ensuring their own safety as well as the safety of others. The client understands and accepts the risks associated with using, renting, and riding the equipment.
The client ensures that all users of the equipment are skilled and qualified. They agree to use the equipment only as intended, follow all safety and usage instructions from Motorbike Rental Hoi An, and adhere to all relevant legal requirements. No modifications to the equipment are permitted.
The client agrees not to alter or modify the equipment without prior approval from Motorbike Rental Hoi An. Any unauthorized changes or modifications will be regarded as damage and will be subject to the terms outlined in sections 6-7.
The client is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, the client must immediately contact Motorbike Rental Da Nang and follow any reasonable instructions provided.
If the equipment is damaged (excluding normal wear and tear and internal damage), the client is responsible for covering the full cost of repairs. This includes the cost of replacing damaged parts and any labor needed to restore the equipment to its original condition before the rental period began. Motorbike Rental Da Nang retains the sole authority to determine if the damage occurred during the rental period, assess its extent, and calculate the total repair costs.
Regardless of the cause of the equipment loss, the client is responsible for covering the full replacement cost as determined by Motorbike Rental Hoi An.
In addition to the costs outlined in sections 6 and 7, the client is responsible for compensating Motorbike Rental Hoi An for any income loss resulting from the equipment being unavailable for rental due to damage or loss. Compensation will be capped at the rental cost for 30 days at the current rate.
Payment
Full payment is required upfront to rent our services. Payment should be made in cash before the start of the rental period.
If circumstances beyond the control of Motorbike Rental Hoi An (such as theft, fire, earthquake, or damage from a prior rental) render the service unavailable for the agreed rental period, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative. If we cannot offer an appropriate alternative, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made, excluding any costs incurred by Motorbike Rental Hoi An related to this specific booking.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for early returns, late pickups, no-shows, or changes of mind.
